Our clinic has implemented
Telehealth (video conferencing). Telehealth requires both audio and video connection, which can be easily obtained with your personal computer or Smart Phone. To have access to Telehealth, be sure to provide the following information to us:
- Valid email address
- Current phone number
- If you have a “smart” phone
To be given access to the online telehealth portal, follow these steps:
1. Contact our office to be given a username and temporary password.
2. Download the "Healow" App on both iPhone and Android from the app store.
3. Enter the provided username and password to setup your account.
4. Enter a valid phone number to send an account verification code to.
5. Enter the account verification code.
6. Follow the steps to set your password for the account.
7. Acknowledge the terms and conditions.
8. The app is now ready to use to view your appointments, send secure messages to our office, to request prescription refills, and much more.
